Credit: Giphy An Indonesian concept eatery called Kotak in Subang Jaya serves ayam geprek with up to 10 levels of spice. It might not sound as impressive as 27 levels but check this out - they use ghost pepper chillies ? FYI, ghost pepper is one of the top 10 spiciest chillies in the world with more than 1 million Scoville heat units. You might have heard of ayam penyet (smashed fried chicken) but what exactly is ayam geprek? It's almost similar but for ayam geprek, the chicken is fried American style and it's not only smashed but also shredded and mixed with chilli so your whole mouth will be on fire after eating it!
