The food was good, and the atmosphere was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The lamb was juicy and easy to chew, and I loved the mashed potatoes too. The price was a bit expensive, but with such good food, it was worth it!

I’m a regular customer here, but their management during Ramadhan is absolutely terrible. Even if you make a booking and pay in advance, you’ll still be left waiting for your food until 8:30 PM. What’s the point of taking reservations if they can’t serve on time? Honestly, there’s no difference between booking in advance and just walking in. Either way, you’re stuck waiting. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’ve planned ahead to break your fast. They seriously need to have a manager onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly or simply stop taking reservations beyond their capacity if they can’t handle it properly.

The meats were all really well seasoned, but slightly too salty. Cooked well, juicy and tender.
Side dishes were pretty good.
Sadly their items get sold out quite fast, so have to come earlier.
Drinks are free flow from the tap, which is pretty good.
Environment is alright, open and spacious, but slightly warm.

The steak didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of taste (but taste is subjective). The price is on the premium side for the dishes served. Overall, it was a new experience trying a steak that was very tender and soft. We had a pleasant dining experience here. The location of this restaurant it’s a bit far from the crowded areas and offers a peaceful atmosphere.

A but disappointed to visit the Tropicana branch recently.

Was looking for a good old BBQ brisket for lunch with family. But food is not hot, service slower despite being the only table with customer that day.

To the Management, appreciate if you could improve the food quality, service and extend the range of food offering in the future.
