This is my second stay with Al Meroz and they did not disappoint. The rooms are the same however better beds and extra pillows would compliment better. Overall, we were here for Ramadan and their iftar buffet was amazing, the staff were amazing especially Ms Aisha who was at the cafe counter. Their ramadan, terawih and Eid prayers were offered in the hotel too. It was very convenient. The areas surround the hotel has also changed with more eateries. this was a memorable stay. Will return again!

Had a terrible experience with night manager Mrs Nipa.
She directly entered to my client room in a 5 star hotel at 11.30 Pm in night when the customer was sleeping. She started banging the door repeatedly and started asking money  from my guest which was already paid for. My customer spent another 1 hour in the lobby with mrs Nipa trying to make her understand the situation. Inspite of this she was rude, no manners to talk with guest. My guest was humiliated at reception. Not at all recommended. Mrs Nipa is rude and have no respect towards customer staying in hotel.
Not at all recommended. Kindly avoid this hotel at all cost.
In the morning , at the time of checkout when my customer try to speak with duty manager the duty manager Mr abhisit never showed up at reception/lobby for another 1 hour.
Bad service, terrible experience my customer is ready to  stay in Bb glass house but never in this hotel because of the worst and rude behaviour of the staff

I stayed at this hotel in 2022 and had a decent experience, so I was looking forward to my return. However, two years later, the quality has noticeably declined. The bathroom is in dire need of renovation, and the corridors have an unpleasant smell of smoke and marijuana which is surprising for a hotel that identifies as a Muslim hotel.

As for the hotel slippers, I expected better from a 5-star hotel. They provided the cheapest quality slippers I have ever seen that ripped apart immediately. Each day, I was given a new pair, but they would tear within seconds of wearing them.

In my first room, the air conditioner had a strong foul smell, which made it difficult to breathe. After bringing this to their attention, I was moved to a new room, but it had its own set of issues with hot water. When I informed the manager about this, I was given yet another room, which unfortunately had no hot water at all. All three rooms I was offered, as well as the rooms my family stayed in, had trouble regulating the water temperature. How can a hotel claim to be 5-star when it struggles with such basic amenities? Overall, this stay was a terrible experience, and I would not consider returning to this hotel.

Located in the Muslim community area where there are  many halal foodies. Nearby to the BTS too.
The room is spacious & the amenities are great. Clean & neat room .
The staffs are friendly & helpful . They assisted us with our taxis . Our concierge guy named Hassan is very helpful & attentive.
Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Ok let's be pretty honest here, the lobby is a 5/5 but the rooms are 3-4/5. I wouldn't say the rooms are bad but they're not as 5 stars as the hotel would like to claim. The rooms are clean and big and the view is nice too. It's pretty quiet around the area at night. So, if you're looking for some night-life, this isn't it. The buffet was pretty lackluster and didn't seem to have a variety. Probably catering to the people who've never tried a pastry in their life. Anyways, the rooms were well serviced and on time which was great. Concierge and all the staff were really nice - so that's a plus. But otherwise, if you're looking to be near the city, it's certainly not the place to be. Otherwise it's a great place for families and couples. Though please, Can we for the love of God have a tree instead of the hideous gift box in the lobby?
