We're all aware of the current US President's stance towards Muslims, and his policies which appear to be targeted against us. Undoubtedly, many of us have been angered by his actions. Instead of lashing out at him and enacting violence, however, the Muslims in New York chose a peaceful yet effective way of standing against hatred and Islamophobia. At the start of the blessed month of Ramadan, hundreds of Muslims gathered outside the Trump Tower to demonstrate peacefully.

It's truly inspiring to witness how this demonstration not only broke barriers, but also brought people of different faiths closer together☺️
